MILES J. STERNFELD (He/him)
CEO/FOUNDER
Miles J. Sternfeld is a New York City-based director, producer, and educator originally from Cleveland, OH. He is the founding artistic director of New City Music Theatre, a New York-based non-profit arts organization.
Recent directorial credits include Songs for a New World with Liz Callaway, Into The Woods with Alice Ripley and Tony Yazbeck, Pete(HER)Pan with Douglas Lyons & Melvin Tunstall III, Jane Eyre with Paul Gordon & John Caird, Aida (CMT), 13, and The Who's Tommy.
As an educator, Sternfeld has created exceptional and accessible educational opportunities for students around the world, training in audition preparation and college audition preparation with renowned musical theatre artists and prestigious college musical theatre conservatory programs.
Miles is a proud member of SDC and an alumnus of Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts and Fordham University at Lincoln Center.
GABBI MACK (she/her)
PROGRAM MANAGER
Gabriella Mack is an award-winning performer, performing arts educator, coach and choreographer with over a decade of experience. She has worked with many organizations across the USA including The Town Hall, Inside Broadway, C.L.I.M.B. Theatre and the Tony Award winning, Rosie's Theater Kids, collaborating with groups of all ages, group sizes and artistic disciplines!
MOLLY BARSON (she/they)
MARKETING MANAGER
Molly Barson is an experienced digital marketer with an extensive background working with arts and theater organizations. She has worked with MCC Theater, Show-Score, The National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene, The Drama League, New City Music Theatre, Paradigm Talent Agency, YesBroadway, and others. She is passionate about making theater a more equitable and inclusive space for everyone from creators to audiences and everyone in between.
