2022 covid protocols
The safety and well-being of our students are incredibly important to us at WERK WITH BWAY. We have stayed in operation throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, having developed strict and comprehensive safety protocols for our in-person intensives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Here are the ways in which we are creating a safe experience for you this summer:
-
All students must provide a negative COVID test (PCR), regardless of vaccination status, taken within 48 to the start of the first day of the intensive
-
Masks or other facial coverings that cover the nose and mouth must be worn in common areas and during classes except when individually singing or participating.
-
All faculty members and guest artists are fully vaccinated for COVID-19
-
Students will receive temperature checks each morning prior to entering class. Anyone presenting a fever or flu-like symptoms will be required to stay home
-
High touch-points such as door handles and pianos will be sanitized regularly along with music stands, chairs and tables
-
Common areas will be disinfected at the start of each day and then sanitized continuously throughout the day with close attention paid to high-touch areas such as door handles
-
Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the facility and inside studios
-
Anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms will be required to stay home and will not be permitted to attend the remainder of the intensive (tuition can be credited towards the future)
OFTEN!
